Transcripts:

A transcript is an official record of a student's completed courses, grades, Grade Point Average (GPA), and degrees awarded. All college students have a transcript. There are two types of transcripts: unofficial transcripts and official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are usually free and accessible on the college's website. Official transcripts are official documents sent directly from a college's registrar to potential colleges, employers, or to the student. There is a small fee to obtain official transcripts.
